Services used for illegal activities or policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds for add-on services and domain registrations are subject to third-party provider policies.

Accounts may be suspended immediately for suspicious or abusive activities including but not limited to:

• DDoS attacks or network abuse

• Fraudulent activities or payment disputes

• Unauthorized access attempts or hacking

• Spamming or sending unsolicited emails

• Violation of acceptable use policies

Users will be notified via email within 24 hours of suspension with reasons and next steps.

Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination without refund.

Appeals can be submitted to appeals@darkbyte.in within 7 days of suspension.

We reserve the right to terminate services at our sole discretion with 30 days notice for non-violation related terminations.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Hosting illegal content or engaging in illegal activities

• Distributing hacking tools, cracks, or pirated software

• Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material

• Content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights

• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content

• Phishing, malware, or any malicious software

• Cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission

• Resource abuse that affects server performance

DarkByte reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our sole discretion.

Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations before litigation.
